What file formats can I upload?

ListingIQ accepts images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC), PDFs, CSV files, and plain text files (TXT). You can also paste raw text directly — WhatsApp messages, Facebook post text, or any dealer notes work perfectly.

How accurate are the price recommendations?

Our pricing recommendations are based on curated comparable listings from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and dealer inventory in your category and region. The more uploads you add, the sharper the recommendations become. We show a low/mid/high range so you can position based on your strategy.

Can I use ListingIQ for multiple product categories?

Yes! ListingIQ supports Forklifts, Construction Machinery, Solar Kits, Slabs & Stone, Doors & Windows, Transformers, and an "Other" category for anything else. Each category has separate market benchmarks and trend tracking.

What ad copy does ListingIQ generate?

For each listing, we generate three variants: a Facebook Marketplace post (title + full description), a Facebook Group post (conversational, community-tone), and a Banner Headline (10 words max, high-impact). All copy uses your actual pricing data and product details.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your uploads, listing data, and competitor intelligence are stored privately in your account. We never sell your data or share it with other ListingIQ users.

How do I export my data?

The Pricing Reports page has a "Download CSV" button for your report data. Pro and Agency plan users get full listings export and PDF report generation. Free plan users can view everything in the app but exports require an upgrade.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

The Free plan gives you 5 uploads per month with basic price recommendations and 1 ad variant. The Pro plan ($29/mo) gives you unlimited uploads, full pricing intelligence with weekly reports, 3 ad variants per listing, and CSV export. The Agency plan adds team access and priority support.

Does ListingIQ work for WhatsApp dealer networks?

Yes! Just paste the message text into the text field on the Upload page and select the product category. ListingIQ will extract the pricing info and run the analysis. It's one of the most popular input methods for our users.

How often are the pricing reports updated?

Pricing reports are generated weekly. The dashboard always shows the latest 4 weeks of data so you can track price trends over time. On Pro and Agency plans, you can receive automated weekly email digests.

Can I use ListingIQ without creating an account?

You can browse the app and see demo data without an account, but you'll need to sign up to upload your own listings and save your analysis history. Sign-up is free.
